Commercial

A professional business district will quickly evolve along Maroochy Boulevard. Commercial precincts, showrooms, retail outlets and office space have been carefully planned to revitalise Maroochydore as the Sunshine Coast Key Regional Centre.

'A' grade office space 42,500m2 will form the majority of the 'Commercial' use development. Integrated with bulky goods showroom floor space of 36,500m2 and a selection of restaurants, cafes and small retail outlets, these precincts have been planned to bring life and activity back to the Maroochy centre.

Our town planning, design and approval process has been tailored to complement and enhance the facilities now available at Sunshine Plaza, and is mindful of the future civic development earmarked for Horton Park.

Approved by Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Harvey Norman will encompass almost 30,000m2 of space. Consisting of a Superstore and various other tenants (ranging in size from 600m2 to 3,800m2), the development will also include 4,300m2 of office space above the single level showroom and basement car parking for 855 vehicles.
