Maroochydore Homemaker Centre

Whilst we have shopping aplenty on the coast, it wasn’t until the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre openned mid 2012 did we have a dedicated home decorating and furniture shopping precinct. Now you can literally walk into the centre and furnish an entire home with the very latest in style and quality furnishing and electrical appliance and technology.

Encompassing some 28,000m2 of showroom space, this centre attracted the cream of Australia’s retail brands. Harvey Norman Electrical and Furniture, Domayne, Dare Gallery, next byte, Rugs a Million, The Outdoor Furnitire Specialists, Joyce Mayne, Sleepys, Nick Scali Furniture along with many other leading retailers.

With some 4300 m2 of commercial space on level one, the centre boast one of the most sophisticated lifestyle gyms managed by Goodlife. Its basement car park caters for 855 vehicles so undercover parking is never an issue.

The Kon-Tiki Towers

Over the last few months, another piece of the Sunshine Cove masterplan has fallen into place with construction commencing on the Kon-Tiki Twin Towers Development. An innovative concept due for completion in mid 2016, the project comprises two towers which front 55-59 Plaza Parade on the corner of Maroochy Boulevard. This development is poised to become ‘the destination to work and play on the Sunshine Coast’ within the greater Sunshine Cove masterplanned community.

Cricks Maroochydore Volkswagen

Volkswagen is about to get a brand new dealership presence right here on the Sunshine Coast. Currently under construction, Cricks Maroochydore VW is setting the pace yet again and building another international standard dealership along Maroochy Boulevard.

Situated diagonally opposite that other great German marque Mercedes Benz, Gary Crick’s new 4472 m2 VW dealership will offer VW aficionados the very latest in models, service facilities and technology right in the heart of Maroochydore at Sunshine Cove.
