Sunshine Cove Residents’ Association

It is encouraging to see the Sunshine Cove community taking shape, with new residents building friendships in this popular development, and foundations taking form for future activities and social events through the work of the Sunshine Cove Residents’ Association.

Since incorporating in mid-2016, the Sunshine Cove Residents’Association (SCRA) has made considerable progress in building a strong sense of community within Sunshine Cove.

The Management Committee continues to focus on increasing its membership to ensure that all Sunshine Cove residents are represented.

One aim of the association is to involve as many Sunshine Cove residents as possible so if you’d like to catch up with what’s on, details of association events and meetings can be found via their the SCRA web site.

Sunshine Coast Regional Council

The Sunshine Coast Regional Council, serving one of the most attractive and fastest-growing regions in Australia. With an annual budget in excess of $670 million, the Sunshine Coast Regional Council manages projected growth to the Sunshine Coast whilst sustaining the wonderful lifestyle qualities.

Maroochydore State School (Primary)

Maroochydore State School is a co-educational school with some 270 students. It first opened in 1923 and offers schooling from Prep to year 7 along with an Early Childhood Development Centre which supports under school-age children with multiple disabilities. Located in Primary School Court, just minutes from the beaches of Maroochydore and Alexandra Headland, Maroochydore State Primary School boasts state of the art
ICT facilities and air-conditioned teaching rooms.
