Sunshine Cove is into its third residential precinct in the Maroochy Boulevard precinct. The Brighten precinct developed by the owners of Living Choice, will deliver the first premium north-facing waterfront to the development. These 16 freehold blocks enjoy direct access to the timer boardwalk along the water’s edge and start in size from 347sqm.

Expected over the next seven to 10 years is a further 600 residential allotments. Mr Cassidy said the Sunshine Cove community demographic highlights the broad appeal to all segments of the market. “Freehold land ownership alone with opportunistic building envelopes allows residents to design their homes to their specific needs, “he said. “A range of land types are available to suit individual requirements including terrace, laneway, villas, premium waterfront and medium density sites.”
